Arriv\u00e9e pour la pr\u00e9-ouverture du palace, elle a particip\u00e9 au recrutement des 200 collaborateurs qui composent aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019\u00e9quipe . <\/span><em>\u00ab On passe tellement de temps au travail que l\u2019on se doit d\u2019\u00eatre dans un environnement bienveillant, s\u00e9curis\u00e9, o\u00f9 chacun peut s\u2019\u00e9panouir et \u00e9voluer. Apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode Covid, l\u2019Horeca a connu une vague de d\u00e9part. Aujourd\u2019hui, il y a de vrais enjeux de recrutement et on doit redorer l\u2019image de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie <\/em><em>en lui donnant un cadre l\u00e9gal et \u00e9thique.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dans ce secteur scrut\u00e9 o\u00f9 les attentes salariales et sociales ont fortement augment\u00e9, le palace mise sur davantage de moyens d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019humain :<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> une <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9quipe RH (4 personnes), l\u2019organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements pour cr\u00e9er du lien entre les collaborateurs(staff-party et family day), un plan de formation en pr\u00e9vention contre le harc\u00e8lement via la plateforme Mapal, des \u00e9v\u00e8nements de bien-\u00eatre d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux \u00e9quipes, un restaurant du personnel qui valorise les cultures des collaborateurs, un programme de reconnaissance interne, le \u201cGolden Touch\u201d, pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer un service exceptionnel, une cellule interne avec 2 personnes de confiance (homme et femme) qui peuvent recevoir les demandes sp\u00e9cifiques et une cellule psychologique externe via Mensura. Sans oublier la fonction de RH plus proche que jamais des \u00e9quipes. <\/span><em>\u00ab\u202fJ\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 que les RH ne soient pas dans une tour d\u2019ivoire car c\u2019est important d\u2019\u00eatre accessible.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ae9de1 titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6ae9de1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Revaloriser l\u2019image d\u2019un m\u00e9tier mal aim\u00e9 <b>  d\u2019un m\u00e9tier mal aim\u00e9  <\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c74387 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7c74387\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Si l\u2019Horeca tra\u00eene encore une r\u00e9putation de conditions difficiles et de faible r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, Audrey Christophe insiste : <em>\u00ab C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier de passion, mais on peut y trouver un \u00e9quilibre famille-travail. \u00bb<\/em><\/span><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les nouvelles directives sur la transparence salariale hommes-femmes sont appliqu\u00e9es au Corinthia. 45 % des effectifs sont f\u00e9minins. <\/span><em>\u00ab\u202fLe mouvement #MeToo a \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 un avant et un apr\u00e8s, notamment en cuisine. Dans des palaces, on est tr\u00e8s vigilant sur ce point.\u202fM\u00eame si dans une cuisine, il y a encore une hi\u00e9rarchie -brigade &#8211; Chef- Sous-Chef, je pense qu\u2019il y a un rapport de confiance qui s\u2019est install\u00e9 et chacun est \u00e0 sa juste place.<\/em><em> On a longtemps encens\u00e9 les chefs en fermant les yeux sur ce qui se passait derri\u00e8re. Ce n\u2019est plus acceptable\u202f\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Audrey.<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><em>\u00ab\u202fIl faut continuer \u00e0 pr\u00f4ner la bienveillance et il faut se donner les moyens de miser sur l\u2019humain. La solution, c\u2019\u00e9tait de monter ma bo\u00eete. \u00bb\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il y a 2 ans et demi, elle ouvre \u00e0 Schaerbeek, un restaurant de cuisine du march\u00e9, locale et cr\u00e9ative. Ici, pas de hi\u00e9rarchie salariale : tout le monde est pay\u00e9 au m\u00eame bar\u00e8me, y compris le second. Une d\u00e9cision radicale pour \u00e9viter les rivalit\u00e9s et les frustrations. L\u2019organisation du temps est repens\u00e9e\u202f:\u00a0 pas de services coup\u00e9s, davantage de temps partiels choisis, les dimanche et lundi ferm\u00e9s et 3 \u00e0 4 jours de repos par semaine.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><em>\u00ab\u202fIl y a une bonne ambiance de travail, c\u2019est mon principal crit\u00e8re car je peux enquiller beaucoup d\u2019heures si \u00e7a se passe bien. On veille aussi \u00e0 ce que les salari\u00e9s qui ont des enfants puissent aller les chercher \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. J\u2019organise une r\u00e9union en d\u00e9but de mois pour discuter avec chacun d\u2019entre eux pour conna\u00eetre leur ressenti ou savoir qui a besoin de temps pour lui. Cela dit, j\u2019ai beaucoup de chance car j\u2019ai des perles dans mon \u00e9quipe et lorsque j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 malade ils ont fait le taff. Quand je suis nerveuse ou inqui\u00e8te pour mon business, je leur dis. Ambiance prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, cuisine ouverte, refus du cocktail drogue\/alcool encore pr\u00e9sent dans certains \u00e9tablissements, le bien-\u00eatre est ici une culture quotidienne, fragile mais volontaire. <em>\u00ab\u202fIls savent que je suis derri\u00e8re et que je serai toujours de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9\u202f\u00bb<\/em>, conclut Camille.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdbc7d0 titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cdbc7d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La voix <b> d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration lucide  <\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de3d376 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"de3d376\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Salom\u00e9 Bon<\/strong>, 27 ans, multiplie les exp\u00e9riences dans diff\u00e9rentes cuisines. Pour elle, le bien-\u00eatre commence par le respect et un projet commun clair. Elle d\u00e9crit un m\u00e9tier physiquement intense avec ses contraintes\u202f: 15 heures debout, des \u00e9paules et des genoux qui trinquent, le double service de 9h \u00e0 15h puis de 18h \u00e0 minuit. <em>\u00ab Il faut aimer aller vite. C\u2019est comme une course d\u2019obstacles. Mais il faut aussi apprendre \u00e0 s\u2019autoriser des pauses car c\u2019est aussi un m\u00e9tier avec une grosse charge mentale. On fait tellement de chose \u00e0 la fois qu\u2019il m\u2019est impossible de d\u00e9crire une journ\u00e9e type\u202f\u00bb<\/em>, explique Salom\u00e9.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab\u202fC\u2019est un m\u00e9tier de plaisir pour ceux qui aime ce surpassement. Et c\u2019est aussi une opportunit\u00e9 de travailler sur soi quant \u00e0 la gestion du stress et du vivre\u202f\u00bb<\/em>.Sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ration questionne davantage la masculinit\u00e9 toxique encore pr\u00e9sente dans certaines brigades. Le mouvement #MeToo a permis de lib\u00e9rer la parole, mais les abus sur les heures non pay\u00e9es restent une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui \u00ab gangr\u00e8ne le rapport au m\u00e9tier\u202f\u00bb. <em>\u00ab\u202fIl n\u2019y a pas de vraie reconnaissance. Le syst\u00e8me n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s bien fait car la plupart du temps on n\u2019est pas toujours pay\u00e9 pour nos heures r\u00e9ellement prest\u00e9es.\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Elle insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe apr\u00e8s service, de formation \u00e0 la gestion \u00e9motionnelle, d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre entre passion et pr\u00e9servation de soi. <em>\u00ab La passion peut devenir dangereuse si elle justifie tout. Il faut prendre soin de soi car parfois c\u2019est un tel d\u00e9passement de soi qu\u2019on a l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre dans un tunnel et de se d\u00e9sensibiliser. Chez les ind\u00e9pendants, par une organisation du temps repens\u00e9e et une culture horizontale.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chez les jeunes professionnels, par une lucidit\u00e9 nouvelle sur la fatigue, le sens et la reconnaissance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019Horeca reste un m\u00e9tier de d\u00e9passement. Mais il devient progressivement un m\u00e9tier de conscience.
