Opgericht door Zhao, een inwoner van Xi&#8217;an, brengt deze plek een hommage aan de straatkeuken van Noord-China, in een rauw decor met houten panelen dat doet denken aan traditionele kraampjes. Hier kun je verse biang biang noedels proeven die zo breed zijn als riemen, knapperige jianbing pannenkoeken die tot in de perfectie zijn gerold en het beroemde Lu Rou-varkensvlees, mals en geurig, geserveerd op kleverige rijst. Er is hier geen showconcept, gewoon goed, Belgisch, echt eten &#8211; halverwege tussen een populaire brasserie en een brasserie van topklasse.
