Als niet aan de strenge wettelijke voorwaarden wordt voldaan, kan de verhuurder weigeren de huurovereenkomst te verlengen, waardoor je bedrijf in gevaar komt. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07efcbf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"07efcbf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d2ac43 titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9d2ac43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Wat zijn de <b>deadlines en formaliteiten?<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f71e9db e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f71e9db\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-112f358 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"112f358\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De huurder moet <strong>zijn verzoek tussen 18 en 15 maanden voor het aflopen van zijn huurovereenkomst indienen<\/strong>. Het verzoek moet per <g id=\"gid_1\">aangetekende brief<\/g> of <g id=\"gid_2\">deurwaardersexploot<\/g> naar de verhuurder worden gestuurd en moet nauwkeurige en verplichte gegevens bevatten.
