Dit epicuristische evenement, in Frankrijk bedacht door Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Hesse (Essentiel PR), viert de combinatie van gerijpte kazen en geselecteerde wijnen. De Belgische hoofdstad wordt een van de belangrijkste stopplaatsen van dit internationale evenement, dat wordt ondersteund door een ambassadeur van formaat: \u00c9ric Boschman, de beste sommelier van Belgi\u00eb en een vooraanstaand figuur in de gastronomische wereld.  <\/strong><\/p><p>Gedurende drie weken zullen enkele van onze partners &#8211; restaurants, wijnhandelaars, kaasmakers en hotels &#8211; een reeks gastronomische evenementen, originele combinaties en begeleide proeverijen aanbieden. Het doel? De Brusselaars een smakelijke duik in de wereld van de Franse wijnen en kazen bieden. Brussel verdient zijn plaats in dit internationale avontuur&#8221;, zegt \u00c9ric Boschman, een fervent verdediger van het Belgische gastronomische erfgoed.<\/p><p>De selectie van deelnemende locaties in Brussel wordt de komende weken bekendgemaakt, maar de organisatoren beloven een warme sfeer, ontmoetingen met gepassioneerde ambachtslieden en een paar spannende verrassingen.
