Dankzij de mobilisatie van de sector wordt de inwerkingtreding uitgesteld tot 2026 en zal er geen sprake zijn van retroactiviteit. Hier is wat u moet weten.<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b398af e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8b398af\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f4252c titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6f4252c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Een bevestigde verhoging<b> voor hotels en toeristische logies aan huis<\/b> <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-136ec3e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"136ec3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Afgelopen donderdag heeft het Parlement van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest een ordonnantie aangenomen die de tarieven van de gewestbelasting op toeristische logies wijzigt.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Twee types van accommodaties zijn getroffen:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Hotels en gelijkgestelde inrichtingen<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Toeristische logies aan huis (zoals bed &amp; breakfasts)<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Het basistarief van de belasting stijgt van 0,0892 \u20ac naar 0,1115 \u20ac, wat overeenkomt met:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">5 \u20ac per kamer en per overnachting voor hotels (inclusief gemeentelijke opcentiemen)<\/li><li class=\"p1\">4 \u20ac per overnachting voor logies aan huis<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d5c082 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9d5c082\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be4f8a8 titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"be4f8a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>Twee belangrijke garanties <\/b>dankzij de mobilisatie van de sector<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fd9bd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8fd9bd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Deze beslissing volgt op maanden van overleg. Dankzij het doorgedreven werk van de Brussels Hotels Association, met de actieve steun van de F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Horeca Bruxelles, Beci en Brupartners, zijn er twee belangrijke garanties bekomen:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Geen retroactiviteit<\/b><\/span>: de nieuwe regels gelden niet voor overnachtingen v\u00f3\u00f3r de inwerkingtreding.<\/li><li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Inwerkingtreding uitgesteld tot januari 2026<\/b><\/span>: een voorafgaande termijn van zes maanden werd bekomen, in lijn met onze eisen.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b46d94f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b46d94f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-515431c titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"515431c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Wat dit concreet betekent  <b>voor uw zaak<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f359bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f359bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">De nieuwe tarieven zullen van toepassing zijn vanaf\u00a0<span class=\"s2\"><b>1 januari 2026<\/b><\/span>. Dat betekent dat:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">U voldoende tijd heeft om deze wijziging voor te bereiden;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">U nu al kunt nadenken over de nodige aanpassingen in uw prijzen en communicatie.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fea810 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5fea810\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16b8baf titre_4_c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16b8baf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Een maatregel die al onder de vorige<b> legislatuur werd overwogen <\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c439351 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c439351\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Dit voorstel tot verhoging van de gewestbelasting sluit aan bij een politieke wil die al tijdens de vorige legislatuur werd uitgesproken. Destijds had minister van Financi\u00ebn Sven Gatz (Open Vld) al een gelijkaardig voorstel ingediend, dat echter niet v\u00f3\u00f3r de verkiezingen kon worden aangenomen.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Ter herinnering: het tarief van de Brusselse city tax was sinds 2016 ongewijzigd gebleven, ondanks de opeenvolgende begrotingscrisissen waarmee het Gewest werd geconfronteerd.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het Brussels Parlement heeft een verhoging van de gewestbelasting op toeristische logies goedgekeurd.
