302).<\/p><p>Het staat in voor de uitbetaling van de belangrijkste sectorale sociale voordelen, zoals bepaald in de collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten voor de horeca: de eindejaarspremie, de syndicale op als derdebetaler voor verschillende sociale voordelen die binnen PC 302 zijn vastgelegd.<\/p><p>Het beheert onder meer:<\/p><ul><li>de uitbetaling van de eindejaarspremies,<\/li><li>de verwerking van de syndicale premie,<\/li><li>bepaalde vergoedingen voor bestaanszekerheid,<\/li><li>en het sectoraal aanvullend pensioen (F2P302).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div arbeidsovereenkomsten voor de horeca:<\/p><ul><li>Hebben werknemers in de sector mogelijk recht op een eindejaarspremie.<\/li><li>Het Horecafonds is verantwoordelijk voor de uitbetaling van deze premie.<\/li><li>De werkgever:<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>stort individuele bijdragen om de premies te financieren;<\/li><li>geeft de rechthebbende werknemers en de individuele bedragen door aan het Fonds;<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Het Fonds treedt op als derdebetaler:<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>het betaalt de nettobonus uit, na inhoudingen voor RSZ en belastingen;<\/li><li>de inhoudingen worden doorgestort naar de bevoegde instanties.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>De premie wordt uiterlijk op 31 januari van het jaar volgend op het referentiejaar betaald.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div formulier naar alle werknemers in de sector.<\/li><li>Was de werknemer aangesloten op 1 januari, dan bezorgt hij het attest aan zijn vakbond, die de betaling uitvoert.<\/li><li>Was de werknemer op 1 januari niet aangesloten, dan is er geen syndicale premie verschuldigd.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b98ca84 verschillende sectorale regelingen, waaronder:<\/p><ul><li>de vergoedingen bij tijdelijke economische werkloosheid,<\/li><li>het stelsel van werkloosheid met bedrijfstoeslag (voorheen: brugpensioen).<\/li><\/ul><p>Aangezien deze regelingen technisch en complex zijn, wordt aangeraden om rechtstreeks <a href=\"https:\/\/fondshoreca.be\/main.php?p=s_brugpensioen\" target=\"_blank\" horecawerkgevers.<\/p><ul><li>Bijdragepercentage: 1,1% van het bruto maandloon.<\/li><li>De bijdragen worden gestort op een individuele rekening bij een verzekeraar.<\/li><li>Het pensioenplan omvat
